That's a one-off fee. We scope the build to your business, so you only pay for what you need, and most builds go live inside two weeks. The AI's day-to-day running cost stays yours at cost, on your own API key, I never mark it up, and we set it up together.

Hosting and care
The part that keeps it working: monthly care.
Most people take the hosted option, because it means they never have to think about it. Care plans run £49 to £179 a month depending on how much your bot does. Flat price, agreed before we start, never billed per conversation.
I run the bot on a managed setup, keep it updated, watch it, and tune it as your questions and policies change. The monthly fee covers that, and it's me looking after it, not a ticket queue. If you want it to just work, this is the one.
We agree the situations your bot must handle up front, in plain language, in writing, before any money moves. I keep tuning at no extra build cost until it handles every one.
