Services

One thing I build, shaped entirely around your business.

A customer-service agent trained on your business and written in your voice. Scoped to fit what you actually need, never a surprise on the bill.

I keep this simple on purpose. There's one thing I build, a customer-service agent trained on your business and written in your voice. We scope it to what you actually need, and anything bespoke is a clear quote, never a surprise on the bill. The fuller build can also draft your email replies for you to review and send, and nothing goes out without your approval.

Every build is a one-off fee. On top of that there's an optional monthly fee if you want me to host and look after the bot for you, which most people do. You always bring your own API key, which is simply the account the bot uses to talk to the AI, so the running cost stays yours and stays transparent. If that sounds technical, don't worry, we set it up together.

What it does

Your website's front door, staffed around the clock.

The core build is the website chatbot, running on the same brain, the same safety checks, the same care for tone on every reply.

Answers customers, clears your inbox

This is the one your customers see. It answers them directly and deflects the easy, repeated questions before they ever reach your inbox.

Turns enquiries into leads

On the fuller builds it captures the enquiries that matter, a name and a way to reach them, and lands them in your inbox ready to follow up. The 2am browser becomes a lead you can call back at 9.

Works alongside your booking system

Your booking system takes the booking. This gets people to it.

If you run Booksy, Fresha, Phorest or any of the big booking systems, keep it. Nothing moves, nothing gets migrated, your deposits and reminders stay put. Booking pages convert the people who've already decided. The leak is everyone else: the 9pm browser who's one question away, asking if it works for them, what it costs, whether you can fit them in this week. When nobody answers, they book wherever someone does.

The bot answers those questions on the spot, in your voice, and walks the ready ones straight to your existing booking button. The not-ready leave a name and a way to reach them instead of vanishing, and when a question needs a person, it says so and hands over. Booking systems are brilliant at bookings. Answering the questions that come before one isn't their job, and that's the gap this fills. If your diary runs on Google Calendar, it can even book the appointment right in the chat.

The promise

It works, or I keep working.

Before we start, we write down the real customer situations your bot has to handle, in plain language, agreed by both of us. You test it against that list, and I keep iterating at no extra build cost until it handles every one. It launches with a clear handover to you built in, and it's written never to invent a policy or promise something it can't deliver, so when it isn't sure, it passes the matter to a person instead of guessing.

Hosting and care

Built once, looked after for as long as you want.

Every build is a one-off fee. After that, hosting and care is optional, and you choose. Care plans run £49 to £179 a month depending on how much your bot does, flat and agreed before we start, never billed per conversation.

Hosted — the option most people take

I run the bot on a managed setup, keep it updated, and keep an eye on it. The monthly care fee covers that, and it's me looking after it, not a ticket queue. If you're not technical and you want it to just work, this is the one.

Handover — for the technical or the one-off

I hand the bot over onto your own setup with a one-page run sheet. You own it and run it, no monthly fee. If you have someone who can look after it, this is yours.

What you bring, what you get

What I need from you, and what lands at the end.

What you bring

  • The questions your customers actually ask, and how you like to answer them. Old emails and a rough FAQ are plenty to start.
  • Your policies, the plain ones. Returns, delivery, what you can and can't do.
  • A sense of your voice. Warm, brisk, formal, however you talk to your customers.
  • Your own API key, the account the bot uses to talk to the AI. We set this up together, no technical knowledge needed.

What you get

  • A custom customer-service agent, trained on your business and written in your voice.
  • A bot that answers what it can and hands you the rest, cleanly.
  • On the fuller builds, lead capture: names and contact details land in your inbox, ready to follow up.
  • Safety built in. It never promises money or makes a commitment it shouldn't, it flags those for you.
  • A clear handover or managed hosting, your choice.
The money, plainly

Builds start from around £300, scoped from there.

A one-off build fee plus an optional monthly hosting and care plan, £49 to £179 a month, where the bot stays hosted, watched and tuned as your business changes. Most builds go live inside two weeks.

Every build is scoped to your business and quoted clearly up front.

Questions

Questions people ask before they start.

If your question isn't here, ask the chat in the corner. It answers straight away, and it's the same kind of build I'd do for you.

Will it sound like a robot?

No, and that's the whole point of who builds it. It's written in your voice, with the manners of a good support person. It greets people, it apologises early when something has gone wrong, it doesn't lecture and it doesn't waffle. If a customer wouldn't enjoy reading it, it doesn't ship.

What if it gets something wrong, or gets asked something it doesn't know?

It's built to know its own limits. When a question's out of its depth, it doesn't guess, it hands the matter to you cleanly with the details you need to pick it up. Anything with money or a complaint or a legal edge, it never improvises. It drafts a calm holding reply and flags it for a human.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you go for the hosted option I run the whole thing for you and you never touch the plumbing. You tell me about your business, you approve the drafts and the tone, and I handle the build and the upkeep.

Who pays for the AI running costs?

You do, through your own API key. That keeps the running cost transparent and in your control. My charge is the build, and the monthly care fee if you choose hosting.

What about my customers' data and GDPR?

Your customers' details sit at the heart of this, and most setups gloss over what that means for a UK business. I've done the compliance groundwork already, so your bot is built to handle personal data the way UK rules expect from day one, and I'll walk you through your side of it in plain English.

Can you connect it to my order system or CRM?

Yes, where your systems connect cleanly. Order and booking lookups are part of the fuller build. If your setup needs something bespoke, I'll tell you upfront and quote it honestly rather than promise and hope.

Tell me what your customers keep asking.

A plain conversation to start. If a bot wouldn't help you, I'll say so.
